TTSC Fundraiser Information

The Tigard Tualatin Swim Club relies on family fundraising to help support our team throughout the year. 

Each family has an annual fundraising commitment required - $300 per family. The fundraising obligation must be fulfilled between September 1st and July 31st. Those who have not met their obligation by this time will be billed on their statement.


We are always looking for new ways to raise money. If you have fundraising opportunities that you feel would benefit the club, please feel free to share those ideas with our us.

There are many options available for fulfilling the fundraising commitment. Please look for team emails for details, or contact our Fundraising Coordinator,

Yearly Total:

All squads per family - $300


Month of Joining Team % of Fundraising required and billed if not met by July 31st.
September - November 100%
December - February 75%
March - May 50%
June - August 25%

TTSC Corporate Sponsorship

Who We Are

The Tigard Tualatin Swim Club (TTSC) is a non-profit, year round, competitive USA Swimming Team, which has served the Tigard and Tualatin communities since 1970. 

As a community youth organization, we serve approximately 130 local athletes ages 5 through 18 who swim competitively throughout the State of Oregon. Our club has had the honor of producing many state and national swimmers!

Corporate Sponsorships help us:

  • Keep our dues affordable for our members
  • Hire well-qualified, highly motivating coaches
  • Provide a safe and healthy sport that will benefit our swimmers for their entire lives.
  • Offset additional costs of competitive swimming.

Sponsorship Benefits

Corporate Sponsorships help you:

  • Tax deduction as we’re a 501(c)(3) organization.
  • Promote your company to the TTSC swimmers and their families that live in our community.
  • Promote your company to approximately 300 visitors that come from Oregon and Washington to attend each of our home meets.

  • During home swim meets, your advertisement displayed on our digital screen!
  • During home swim meets, your advertisement displayed in print in our meet programs!

Sponsorship Levels

Butterfly -- $2500 annual

  • Static corporate logo on Tigard Tualatin Swim Club homepage.
  • Corporate logo (prominent placement) on the back of Tigard Tualatin Swim Club t-shirts (worn by over 150 TTSC swimmers, coaches and families annually).
  • Prominent recognition for home swim meets during an entire year. Attendance generally exceeds 1,000 people over the course of three days, and there are usually 3-4 meets per year.
  • Opportunity to distribute marketing materials, coupons, or other items displaying your company’s logo during swim meets.
  • Recognition plaque for display at your business.
  • Corporate logo on all team marketing materials distributed throughout the year.


Freestyle -- $1000 Annual

  • Static corporate logo on Tigard Tualatin Swim Club homepage.
  • Corporate logo (prominent placement) on the back of Tigard Tualatin Swim Club t-shirts (worn by over 150 TTSC swimmers, coaches and families annually).
  • Prominent recognition for home swim meets during an entire year. Attendance generally exceeds 1,000 people over the course of three days, and there are usually 3-4 meets per year.
  • Opportunity to distribute marketing materials, coupons, or other items displaying your company’s logo during swim meets.


Backstroke -- $500 Annual

  • Static corporate logo on Tigard Tualatin Swim Club homepage.
  • Corporate logo and/or recognition on scoreboard and electronic reader board


Breaststroke -- $250 Annual

  • Corporate logo and/or recognition on scoreboard and electronic reader board.


One time Sponsorship - Amount varies

TTSC also welcomes sponsorships outside the above donation parameters. Examples include:

  • $1000: Athlete awards and recognition at swim meets including heat winner bag tags and ribbons.
  • $750: Hospitality meals for swim coaches, officials and volunteers at home swim meets.
