CB Safe Sport

Canby Swim Club is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for every swimmer and family. Canby Swim Club has adopted the current USA Swimming Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policy (MAAPP) as club policy and maintains local policies addressing bullying and photography.

All athletes, parents and guardians, coaches, and other non-athlete members must review and agree to the current MAAPP annually. Families should review the applicable policies with their swimmers and contact us whenever they have questions or concerns.

Reporting a concern

You may report a club policy, bullying, or Safe Sport concern to a Canby Swim Club coach, Board member, or our Safe Sport Coordinator: Mandi Rodriguez

You may also report directly to USA Swimming or the U.S. Center for SafeSport. You do not need to report first to Canby Swim Club when direct reporting is appropriate.

Policy resources

Canby Swim Club has adopted the current USA Swimming MAAPP as club policy. Safe Sport requirements may later be updated by USA Swimming or the U.S. Center for SafeSport; any later mandatory national requirement applies if it conflicts with an older posted Canby copy.
