TTSC Coaches
Quentin began coaching in 2004 and has worked with swimmers from the novice level through to Junior National qualifiers. He draws on experience from coaching in the Australian club system and time shadowing with Olympic coaches. His philosophy is built on three pillars: technical precision, long-term development, and consistency in training. He encourages a multi-sport foundation for younger swimmers, transitioning them in high school to a high level of commitment to the sport. While he doesn't expect athletes to be elite by high school, he expects their commitment to be. On the deck, Quentin is a minimalist and a reliable constant, providing a predictable, high-standard environment where athletes can focus entirely on the daily habits required to reach their potential.

Coach Allie
Volunteer Assistant Coach Developmental squad
Allie grew up as a competitive swimmer in high school and carried her love for the water into college, where she worked as both a swim instructor and a lifeguard. After college, she spent two years coaching Developmental and Novice level swimmers at the YMCA for the Sherwood Y Dragons swimmers before heading to grad school to become an Audiologist.
She is excited to be back on deck working with younger swimmers. Her coaching style is patient, supportive, and focused on helping kids feel confident in the water. Above all, she wants them to have fun, build skills, and enjoy the sport as much as she always has.
